2 boxes of frozen broccoli (chopped or spears)
3 or 4 boneless breasts of chicken
2 cans of Cream of Chicken soup (or Cream of Mushroom)
1 cup of mayo
1 tsp lemon jc
tsp of curry powder
Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Greese large oblong casserole dish. Lay frozen broccoli in bottom of casserole dish. Lay chicken on top of broccoli. Mix together soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry. Pour mixture over broccoli and chicken. Bake at 325 to 350 for approximately 1 hr 15 minutes. Sprinkle 6 oz of grated cheddar on top and cup of bread crumbs over that. Cook an addition 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
Cooking time may be 15 minutes less if chicken pieces are small.
