1 small onion, chopped
1 T. vegetable oil
1 lb. chicken strips
1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
1 t. garlic powder
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
4 cups cooked rice
Soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat oil and saute chopped onions. Add chicken and stir fry until chicken is done and juice evaporates. Add soup, soy sauce (about 3 T.), and garlic. Add a little water to bring to a boil. Stir in mixed vegetables until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice.
