3 cans (6 oz) minced clams, undrained
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 minced garlic cloves
1 1/2 cups chopped tomato
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons chopped basil

Your choice of pasta-traditionally a linguine or fettuccine

Directions:
Drain clams reserving liquid. Heat oil in nonstick skillet on med-quickly cook garlic-stirring constantly. Add tomato, parsley and pepper-cook 1 minute. Add wine, cook 30 seconds. Add clam juices and pasta tossing and continuing to cook until most of liquid is evaporated. Garnish with minced clams and basil.
