9 eggs - separate the eggs - beat separate for 10 minutes
1/3 t anise oil
1 t salt
2# powdered sugar
1 t baking powder (rounded)

Directions:
Directions:
Chill - not over an hour - roll out with rolling pin that is for cutting anis cookies. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Leave cookies on cookie sheet for 24 hours - in the air.
