1lb haddock, cod,or scrod
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup Craft (in the green container or freshly grated) Parmesan cheese
1 tsp thyme
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cuisine art 2-3 slices of bread, add 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and the thyme.
2. Melt butter
3. Cover the baking pan with a piece of heavy duty alum. foil
4. Place the fish skin side down on the foil.
5. Generously sprinkle bread mixture over fish.
6. Drizzle melted butter over fish
Bake 500 for 12-15 min. Serve immediately

Personal Notes:
I make a batch (triple the amount) of the bread crumbs mixture and freeze it. This mixture can be taken out and sprinkled on a piece of fish in an instant and dinner ready in 15 minutes. The size of the fish and the appetite of the diners determine serving size
