1 egg well beaten
2 T. vinegar
2 T. sugar
2 T. chopped onion
2 T. chopped green pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
1 small jar pimentos

Directions:
Directions:
Cook egg, sugar and vinegar until thick over low heat stirring constantly. Add to cream cheese beat well. Add onion, green pepper and pimento and stir. Serve with crackers.
