1 10oz bag spinach
1 med. head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 tbl diced onion
2 tbl diced green pepper
2 tbl diced pimento
2 large oranges, peeled and chopped
1 sm cucumber, sliced

Honey-caraway dressing
In a small bowl, stir, 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbl honey, 1 tbl lemon juice, 1 tbl caraway seed
Whisk until blended

Into a large bowl, tear spinach into bite size pieces. Add remaining ingredients and toss with dressing
