1 - 4 oz. raspberry sugar free gelatin dessert

2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
3 c. thawed Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. or a 12 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries
1 prepared graham cracker crust or regular pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir constantly until gelatin starts to thicken. Remove any unmelted ice cubes. Whisk in whipped topping gently until smooth. Fold in fruit. Chill until thick, about 30 minutes. Spoon into crust. Chill 3 hours or freeze. Note: you can make this any flavor frozen pie. Just coordinate sugar free jello flavor with fruit flavor. Peach, strawberry, apricot, cherry or anything you like. You can use fresh fruit as well as drained canned fruit.
