No-Cook Butter Frosting
6 tbsp. (3/4 stick) butter or margarine
1/8 tsp. salt
1 pound confectioners' 10-X sugar, sifted
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 to 5 tbsp. milk

Have butter at room temperature. Put all ingredients in mixing bowl, stir to blend well, then beat at high speed for 1 minute; add few drops of food coloring to frosting to make flowers. Use pastry tube or bag
