1/2 cup sugar 1/2 chopped bell pepper 1/2 t. salt Dash of pepper 1/4 cup half & half 1/2 cup Miracle Whip 1/4 cup buttermilk 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1 head of cabbage, shredded 1-2 carrots, shredded
Combine first 8 ingredients. Add cabbage and carrots. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
