Salmon filet approximately 3 1/2-4 lbs
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons grated lemon rind
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
bunch chives
4 thyme sprigs
4 oregano sprigs
4 tarragon sprigs
10 thin slices lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 450. Line a shallow roasting pan with foil and coat with cooking spray. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Arrange chives, oregano, thyme and tarragon on top of salmon. Cover with lemon slices. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
