1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 can (12 oz.) cola
1 c. ketchup
1/8 tsp. each of, garlic powder, salt and pepper
4-1/2 tsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, saute onion in oil until tender. Add chicken; brown on all sides. Carefully add cola, ketchup, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Cover & simmer for 20-25 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Remove the chicken & keep warm. Combine the cornstarch and cold water until smooth; add to the skillet. Bring to boil; cook and stir for two Minutes or until thickened. Return chicken to pan; heat though.

This is a great recipe that the younger kid's can help you make and they love that they get to add 'pop' to this. It is very good & we serve it with mashed potatoes & peas.
