1/2 C. flour mixed with 1 tsp. baking powder
10 eggs, beaten lightly
1 stick melted butter
4 C. or 2 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
2 C. small curd cottage cheese
1 or 2 4-oz. cans diced green chilies
1 can corn nibblets
salt and pepper to taste

Heat oven to 400. Coat 9x14 glass baking pan. Put flour mixture into large mixing bow. Pour in eggs and butter mixing thoroughly. Mix in rest of the ingredients and pour into pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until knife in center withdraws clean.

Ya gotta love dairy! This is wonderful for brunch served with mixed fruit and bran or ginger muffins. And yes it's worth the heart-stopping calories And its good cold also.
