1 14-to-16 oz. pkg. cheese ravioli
1/3 C. olive oil
1 clove garlic thinly sliced
1 C. English walnuts broken in pieces, not chopped
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp.pepper
1/2 C. fresh parsley chopped
1/3 C. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the ravioli according to package directions. Drain and reserve 3 Tbl. of the cooking water. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and walnuts. Cook, stirring until the nuts are lightly toasted and fragrant,...4 or 5 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, pepper, parsley and reserved cooking water. Add the ravioli and toss to coat.Divide among individual plates and sprinkle with the Parmesan.
