1-1/3 c. mayonnaise
1-1/2 T. freeze-dried chives
2 T. fresh lemon juice
1/2 t. coriander
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
5 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
1-1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1 c. seedless red grapes, halved
1/4 c. red onion, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first six ingredients then mix with remaining ingredients except almonds. Refrigerate an hour or two to allow flavors to blend. Stir in almonds, taste, and adjust seasoning. Garnish w/ tiny bunches of red grapes and toasted sliced almonds.
