3-4 pound beef or pork roast
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 t. butter
2 T. vinegar
2 T. brown sugar
1-1/2 Worcestershire sauce
1/2 T. yellow mustard
2 c. beef broth
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 sm. bottle catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Roast meat for 2-3 hours until meat shreds easily. (Be sure you have enough water in the roast so when it is done you have two cups of broth.) Reserve broth for sauce and shred beef.
Sauce: In large saucepan combine all ingredients except beef. Add more water/beef broth if necessary. Cook over medium heat for 45 minutes. Add shredded beef and simmer for 30 minutes.
