6 slices bacon, cut up
3 T. onion, minced
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 T. Water
3 T. sugar
1/8 t. pepper
1/4 t. salt
1 16-oz can sliced potatoes, drained
1 T. fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In ten-inch skillet fry onions and bacon until crisp. Add vinegar and water, sugar, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add the potatoes. Heat until warmed through and serve.
