8 oz. noodles
2 cans condensed cream soup (mushroom or whatever)
2 cans drained tuna or chicken (6 oz. each)
2 c. frozen or canned vegetables, drained
c. milk
1 c. picante sauce
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 small jar pimientos
tsp. pepper
tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped

Cook noodles as directed. Meanwhile, in skillet, heat soup, tuna or chicken, vegetables, picante sauce and milk over medium heat until vegetables, onion and bell pepper are tender. In bowl, toss noodles, parsley, pepper, salt and pimientos. Stir in tuna/chicken mixture. Transfer to 1 qt. casserole. Top with shredded cheese.

Microwave on high until cheese is melted, 2 to 3 minutes.
