3-4-small eggplants, peeled & sliced. Dip in eggs, then bread crumbs and pan fry, drain on paper towels.

1 jar of Prego traditional sauce (med-large)
3 cloves of fresh garlic, chopped
3 cups of shredded mozzarella, parmesan on top each layer

Bake @ 350 for 30-45 minutes.
