2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3/4 cup margarine, melted
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Frosting:
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 T. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 T. milk
3 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the sugar, eggs, pumpkin and melted margarine. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla and chopped nuts; mix thoroughly. Bake in a 11x17 cookie sheet with sides in a 325 oven for 35 minutes.
For the frosting, place all ingredients in a bowl and beat hard for 5 minutes.
