Break cauliflower into pieces. Place in boiling salty water and leave for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain water and sprinkle thoroughly with flour. Beat 1 egg and add little milk. Dip cauliflower into batter and then roll in cracker crumbs. Fry in 1” deep Crisco till golden brown.
