3 c. cabbage leaves, chopped (outer green leaves)
2 slices bacon, chopped
2 green onions with tops
1 ear fresh corn cut off cob
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, sauté bacon and onions until light brown.
Add cabbage, corn, salt & pepper.

Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 4.
