1 c. rice
1 egg
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Cornflake crumbs or fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
Tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice until tender, as package directs. Lightly beat together: egg and Worcestershire sauce; combine with cheese and cooked rice. Shape into 8 to 10 patties; dip in crumbs to coat both sides. Melt butter in shallow, oven proof pan. Place croquettes in butter; turn to coat both sides. Serves 4 to 5.

Bake at 450 for 20 minutes, until crisp and brown. Serve with tomato sauce.
