1 can (10 ¾ oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination, thawed and drained
1-1/3 c. French’s French Fried Onions (can use cheddar flavored)
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese, divided

Mix soup, sour cream, black pepper, vegetables, 2/3 c. fried onions and ½ c. cheese in 2 qt. casserole.

Bake at 350 º for 30 minutes, or until hot, then stir. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions, and then bake 5 minutes. Serves 6.
