1 C. uncooked white rice
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/2 C chopped green bell pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
2 C. canned whole tomatoes, crushed
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook rice according to package directions.
2. Dice bacon and fry until crisp. Remove from pan. Reserve 2 to 3 tbls. drippings in pan. Add onion, green pepper and garlic; cook over medium heat until onions are tender. Add tomatoes, black pepper and celery salt. Bring to a boil. Add cooked rice and crispy bacon and cook until thoroughly heated.
