12 eggs- slightly beaten
2 C. milk
5 slices of bread -cut up into 1/2 to 1 inch pieces
1 green pepper- chopped
onion- minced
salt and pepper
1 & 1/2 pkg. link sausage (cut up)partially cooked in the microwave.
1/4 tsp dry mustard
2 C. cheddar cheese
1 can of mushrooms

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except cheddar cheese. Put into a greased 9 x 13" pan. Top with cheddar cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate over night. Bake @ 325 to 350 for 1 and 1/2 hours covered. The last 10 minutes, bake uncovered.
