1 lb or larger can sauerkraut, drained Mix together well 1 1/2 c. white sugar 1/4 c. water 1/2 c. oil 3/4 c. vinegar 1 c. chopped celery 1 large green pepper chopped 1 medium onion, chopped 2-oz. jar red pimientos (drained) 1 tsp. celery seed
Combine sauerkraut with chopped veggies and pimientos. Mix well. Pour in liquid mixture and enjoy
Try this . It doesn't taste like sauerkraut at all. Very good
