2 green peppers
1 onion
3 tbsp. oil
3 garlic pods
1 hot pepper
1 lb. round steak, chopped
1/2 c. flour
1 c. crushed corn flakes
hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute together in oil: peppers, onion, and garlic. Coat steak pieces with flour and crushed corn flakes. Brown well. Simmer sautéed mixture with steak for about 1 hour. Serve over rice.
