1 lb. frozen corn (Trader Jo's)
8 oz whipping cream
1-1/2 T butter
1-1/2 T flour
1/2 t salt
2 T sugar
1/2 t Accent (optional)
3 T Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bring corn and cream to boil; simmer 5 minutes add seasoning. Make a paste of melted butter and flour add to the corn mixture. Stir and simmer until thickened. Pour into buttered casserole; add cheese and dot with butter. Put under broiler until lightly browned.
