1 can Pet Milk
1 Pkg. Lemon Jell-o
8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
1 c. sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple (drained)
Graham Crackers
1/4 c. melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Chill milk in freezer in mixing bowl until crystal form on top. Mix 1 pkg.lemon jell-o with 1 c. hot water and refrigerate until partially set. Beat soft cream cheese until fluffy with one c. of sugar. Add jell-o to whipped milk and beat. Fold in cheese and 1 large can drained crushed pineapple. Crush 15 graham graham crackers and add 1/4 c. melted margarine. To form crust-put graham cracker mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with walnuts, pecans or black walnuts. Refrigerate for about 1 hour

It takes awhile to make this. It is worth it. Sue made this for John (Jack) and I remember her husband,Buzz coming down to the house and begging for some of it. It was one of his favorites
