Ingredients:  
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 c. unsalted peanuts
1 t. vanilla
1 tsp. margarine
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In large glass microwaveable bowl, microwave on
high 4 minutes--1/2 c. corn syrup.
Grease cookie sheet.
Add peanuts and microwave on high 4 minutes. Mix in hot mixture, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. margarine, microwave on high 1 minute.
Take out of microwave and add baking soda.
Stir quickly and pour into well-greased cookie sheet.
Cool and break into pieces.

**Use only margarine (No spreads or butter)
**Use only unsalted nuts (Raw or dry roasted)
** Unsalted pecans may be substituted for peanuts
**Peanut or pecan brittle freezes well.
