1/2 C. light ranch dressing
1 large tomato cut in narrow wedges & seeded
1 15 oz. can black beans, drained & rinsed
1 C. frozen corn thawed
1 red bell pepper chopped
4 green onions including stems chopped
6 C. salad greens
1 C. sharp cheddar cheese coarsely shredded
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine all salad ingredients EXCEPT cheese and black pepper. Divide between large salad plates and top with cheese. Use grinder to individually pepper season to taste.
