4 cups potatoes cooked with jackets on, peeled and sliced
3 sliced hard-cooked eggs
6 or 8 slices bacon
1/3 to 1/2 cup chopped fresh green onions
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
salt
pepper
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp, then dice or break up. Add onion to bacon fat and cook a minute. Blend in flour, sugar, salt, and pepper; add vinegar and water and stir until thickened. Pour over potatoes, bacon and eggs. Garnish with parsley and celery seed. (Dill weed is good, too).

If you expect leftovers, omit the eggs as they aren't as good reheated.
