4-6 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/2 C butter (no substitutes)
1/2 C Daisy brand sour cream
4 oz Philadelphia brand original cream cheese
1 tsp. minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and place in a stand mixer bowl add all other ingredients and blend until smooth. If mixture is too dry, add more butter or sour cream. Place in covered casserole dish and bake at 300 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
