1 C Flour
1 C Brown Sugar
3/4 C Oatmeal
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 C melted Butter
1 C Sugar
1 C Water
2 T Cornstarch
1 tsp Vanilla
4 C cubed rhubarb, 1/2 inch cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the flour, brown sugar, oatmeal and cinnamon. Add the butter and mix. In a 9x9 inch pan, place half of the oatmeal mixture and press smooth with a spatula. In a medium sauce pan, combine the sugar, water and cornstarch. Stir and cook until liquid is clear. Add the vanilla and stir. Add the Rhubarb and stir until the Rhubarb has softened. Pour the Rhubarb mixture into the pan and spread evenly over the oatmeal mixture. Sprinkle remaining oatmeal mixture over rhubarb. Bake at 350 for 50 60 minutes until lightly browned. Serve warm with cream, whipped cream or ice cream.
