1/3 c. vegetable oil 1 . sugar 2 eggs 2 c. all purpose flour 1/ t. baking soda 1/2 t. salt 1 t. cinnamon 1 cup mashed bananas 1 c. grated carrots 1/2 c. pecans
Prehat oven to 350º. In large mixing bowl, blend vegetable oil, sugar and eggs. In small bowl, mix together flower, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add flour mixture to oil/sugar/eggs. Add bananas, carrots and pecans. Mix well. Bake at 350º for one hour or less if toothpick comes out clean.
