1 fresh turkey breast, thickly sliced
1/2 c. flour
1-1/2 t. salt
1 t. black pepper
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 cup butter
1 pound bulk sausage
1 c. water
2 lg. oranges, sliced
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. br. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, and pepper in bag. Shake each piece of turkey until coated. Melt butter and shortening in heavy frying pan. Saute turkey slices until golden.
Line 9x13 in. baking pan with 1/3 lb. of sausage. Press browned turkey on top of the sausage. Cover the turkey slices with remaining sausage. Pour the cup of water over the top. Cover and roast in 325 oven 1 hour. Reduce heat to 300, roast one more hour. Remove pan from oven and and top with sliced oranges. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Add additional water if necessary. Cover and roast 1/2 hour.
