1 10 oz. pkg. spinach, chopped, thawed, drained
1 large can artichoke heart
1 c. Monterey Jack Cheese grated
Create white sauce (béchamel sauce) made from 2 T butter, 2 T flour, 1 c. milk
Dash hot sauce.

Mix ingredients in bowl. Put in rye bread bowl and bake in oven 30 min at 350. Crisp bread pieces at the same time. Serve hot
