1 clove garlic
1 bunch cilantro
2 Serrano chili peppers sautéed in butter until dark
in color
2 Lbs. fresh tomatoes (quartered if fresh)
5 Jalapeños
1/4 yellow onion
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor pulse garlic, use 1/2 bunch cilantro, onion, jalapenos and 2 Serrano peppers. Put in tomatoes. Pulse until desired consistency. Serve with warm tortilla chips..
