1 cup luke warm water
1 pkg or 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil
2 3/4 cups flour (make 1 cup whole wheat flour)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together yeast and sugar. Add luke warm water. Set aside for 5 minutes. Add flour, salt and oil and stir until dough comes together. Knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth and add more flour if dough is sticky. Place dough in oiled bowl and turn to coat all over. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let sit in warm place for one hour. Punch down and shape into pizza crust. Bake crust at 350 for 8 minutes. Take out, dress pizza and bake another 10-12 minutes.
