3 c. sweet potato (about 4 medium potatoes)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs (beaten)
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Bake sweet potatoes, then peel and mash. Mix sweet potatoes, vanilla, butter, milk and eggs and spread in a 9 X 13 dish. For the topping melt butter and mix with brown sugar, flour and pecans (should be crumbly) and spread on top of the sweet potato mixture. Bake for 25 minutes at 350.
