1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. maple syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp marjoram
1/4 tsp tarragon
1/4 tsp Herbes de Provence
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
Juice of 1/4 lemon
4 fillets of salmon or trout (skin on)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour over fish fillets, marinate for 3 to 4 hours. Broil or barbecue until flesh becomes opaque, approximately 10 minutes or so.
