1 can cream corn
2 eggs
1/3 c.oil
1 medium onion- chopped
1 small bell pepper- chopped
1 c. self-rising corn meal
1 c shredded cheese
1/ 4 c jalapeños
1/2 tsp salt
1 lb. cooked crawfish

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add corn. Mix well, then add remaining ingredients. Bake 375º in 10" greased skillet for 40-50 min.
