Boneless Chicken Breast.
2 Eggs.
Deli sliced ham.
Herb flavored bread crumbs.
1 stick butter.
Swiss Cheese.
1 tsp Garlic Salt
Dash of salt and pepper.

Melt butter in microwave. Beat eggs and add salt pepper and garlic salt into egg mixture.
Take chicken breast and beat with meat tenderizer until flat. Brush chicken breast with butter. Place deli ham and Swiss cheese on top of chicken breast. Roll chicken and close with a toothpick. Dip chicken in egg mixture and roll in bread crumbs. Place chicken on baking pan and add a couple of tbsp of unmelted butter in pan. Bake @ 350 for 35 minutes.
