1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
1 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mandarin orange sections, fresh or canned

Directions:
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Smoothie may be thin. If thicker texture is desired, add more ice cream or frozen concentrate. Pour into chilled glasses. Enjoy! Also works great for popsicles. Serves 2.
