1 can (19 oz) chick peas
2 Tbsp peanut butter or tahini
2 Tbsp plain yogurt
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
2 roasted red peppers, skinned and diced

Directions:
Directions:
Place garlic in food processor and process to finely chop. Add everything else but the salt and pepper. Mix until you have a nice thick puree. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with toasted pita chips and fresh veggies or spread on pita or tortilla and fill with grilled chicken or roasted veggies to make a wrap.
