2 tbs. olive oil, divided
6 salmon filets
1/2 C. fresh orange juice
1/4 C. fresh lemon juice
1 tbs. kosher salt

Dill Cucumber Sauce:
1 1/3 c. coarsely chopped fresh dill
1 c. cubed English cucumber
1 1/2 tbs. minced shallots
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
3/4 c. mayo
3/4 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brush small rimmed baking sheet with 1 tbs. oil. Place salmon on prepared baking sheet. Mix orange juice and lemon juice. Pour over salmon. Drizzle remaining 1 tbs. oil over salmon. Sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper. Let stand 15 minutes. Preheat broiler.. Transfer Broil salmon without turning about 15 minutes.

Dill Sauce:
Blend cucumbers, dill, shallots and cayenne pepper in processor until cucumber is finely chopped. Transfer to bowl and whisk in mayo and sour cream.
