3 whole chicken breasts cut in 1 inch chunks (wash and dry)

Batter:
1 egg slightly beaten
1/2 cup water
3/4 t. salt
2 t. sesame seeds
1/2 c. flour

Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Combine batter ingredients and mix until smooth. Dip cut up chicken in batter. Fry in oil 5 min. or so and turn over. Continue frying for 5 more minutes. Drain on paper towel.

This was originally a chicken recipe, but I usually make it with phesant breasts which taste a lot like chicken. It's probably our favorite way to fix phesant.
