1 spaghetti squash
1 tbs. chopped garlic
1 stick butter
1 C. dry white wine
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 qt. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the squash in half and remove the seeds with large spoon. Place the 2 halves upside down in roasting pan and add the 1/2 qt. of water. Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil and place in a 350' over. Cook until fork tender. After the squash is cooled, remove the meat from the skin with large spoon. Melt the butter in pan over medium heat. Add the spaghetti squash and garlic to pan and saute' for 5 minutes. Add the white wine and cook for another 5 minutes or until the wine has reduced. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
