1 6oz pkg dried apricots
1 6oz can smoked almonds
1 5.2 pkg Boursin cheese (or other soft, creamy cheese)

Directions:
Directions:
Spread the apricots out on a serving plate. Put a small dab of cheese on each apricot, then top each with an almond. Makes about 40 - 50 tiny appetizers.
